Hello there, and welcome to Seam and Stitchery! I'm Anni. You may know me as Angelya, my gaming and book blogging pseudonym. I have a few different homes across the interwebs.
But this... this is my place to share my newest passion: Sewing things to use and wear for my kids, myself and sometimes even other people.
Things are a little bare around here - I'm still working on the design so things may move around. How do I find time to actually sew with all this web-work to be done?!
I inherited my battered old Singer 217 (from what I can tell, built in the 1960s) from a friend of my Grandmother's, but it's still running strong. It has the occasional hiccup and I am totally in the dark when it comes to buttonholes or zippers, but it's served me just fine for what I've been working on.
Here's a bit of a sneak-peek of some of the projects I've been working on over the last couple of years that I intend to write about.
As always, there are plenty of projects in the pipeline as well!
